Clicked Business Analyst Sprint

Overview:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, I have been hired to support the TrailblazerDX conference by improving the company's outdated process for securing sponsors. My team and I worked on developing an effective and efficient process for securing sponsors for the conference. To start the project, I interviewed Veronica Corningstone, the Event Manager for TrailblazerDX, to gain insight into the project. Throughout this Team Sprint, my goal was to develop stakeholder personas, design current and future state business process maps, develop user stories, and compile my analysis and findings to present to stakeholders. The tools we created were used to propose a recommendation to Salesforce, the client.

Pain Point:

The current process requires too much swivel chairing, there's no way to track data in real time, the contract signature process needs improvement, approval process needs, and the document needs to be securely sent so it cannot be edited.
